Went to a Remax and You event in Mississauga on Wednesday.

I called those events " Energy Boost Camp " !

One guest offered us his thoughts about how to deal with clients.

I liked it so I'll share with you.

Don't talk - listen          Don't tell - ask             Don't sell - serve 

Don't pitch - probe       and         Don't leave - close.

This last one refers to asking the clients to give us their business instead of giving them all our professional advices, thoughts and guidances and then leave without making sure we will do business together.
